Wow, really?
At 4:30 a.m.?
What's up with this lately.....I seem to wake most days at 4 a.m. It's been happening for at least a month now. It doesn't have anything to do with the time change since it started before that. It would be fine if I could just start my day at that time but I really do lose steam around 9 a.m.
Some days I go back to bed for a mid-morning "nap".
I just want to sleep a normal pattern, get up at a normal time, and begin my day......normally!
*yawn*......zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Morning Maureen, I crawled out of bed shortly after you, but just now checking in. I, too, have been having this sleeping problem. Don't know your age, but everyone tells me this goes with age. I am 55. If I ever wake to potty, I might as well get up and get started. Yep, same as you by early morning I find myself dozing on the sofa. Oh well, better than the alternative, Huh? Have a good day. I am off on a road trip with a good friend.
ReplyDeleteI can relate! My sleep has been on some whacko schedule too! Naps are a necessity. :)
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Maureen!
I get up at 5 every morning and love it.Gives me time to get myself together before everyone else is up lol...
ReplyDeleteis it from all those ideas floating around in your head? hehe
ReplyDeleteYou really don't have to get up

Same here Angela, it's the "falling down the big hill" that does it!
ReplyDeleteMy wake up time seems to be 2:30, and that's wayyyy too early for me.
