I know what you're thinking....

....you're thinking, "Maureen, where have you been?"...or something along that line, right?  Well, I'll tell you, I've been dealing with trying to deal with migraines along with other odd ailments and working on orders,  trying to keep ahead of the weeds in the gardens, etc.

It's not all going my way...*sigh*
We gave up our two shows for this year, forfeited fees already paid as I just cannot add anything else, my stress level is up there.

I'm not sad about it....at all.

We will have a Fall Open House weekend at our shop Columbus Day weekend.  If you are in the area, or feel like taking a lil drive....or a LONNNNG drive, be sure to stop in and see me!

In the meantime, I am working on a new design too.  I'm going to be selling off some extra doll bodies, some doll dresses and other supplies soon.  I just have wayyy too much stuff and not enough time.

My loss can be someone else's gain!

Maureen, I have the same problem! Don't sweat it though, you can worry yourself sick. Accept what we CAN do instead of what we HAVE to do it makes it alot easier! - :)

Hi Maureen, was beginning to worry about you. I hope your feeling better soon. Maybe now that you you elimitated a little bit of your stress with canceling both shows, you will start to feel a little better. Stress can be so horriable! Sending up some lil' prayers for you.

Hi Maureen,
Now that you eliminated some shows, that should reduce the stress levels and help the headaches. Stress is awful...chill out and relax!!!!

Maureen-I am nearly having an anxiety attack. You are trying to 'get rid' of stuff? Your patterns on ebay are getting awesome prices in bidding wars. You should put some up for bids instead of BIN.

Hi Maureen,
I also suffered from migraines, happily though after menopause they haven't come back. I sure hope you find relief from them soon. They are not easy to deal with! I also missed your pattern sale, was looking forward to getting several. :( Hugs and prayers are coming your way. Have a great week. Michelle

Oh my gosh Maureen...are we EVER on the same wavelength. I was just telling myself this morning that I need to quit beating myself up about everything(things that continually don't get done). We can't...I repeat...CAN'T make anymore hours in a day!!! We have to take time to enjoy life as well as produce these items/crafts that we LOVE creating so much!!! If the house isn't tip top...SO WHAT...we live there!!! Now I just have to convince myself of all these things!!! You're NOT alone Maureen...love ya!!!

Maureen,
I hope you are feeling better. I have never had migraines but my son- in law does and I feel so sorry for him when they hit. With you tho it seems whenever you have these you start creating awesome new patterns. Your creative juices get going. So even tho I never want you to suffer it's seems your brain gets hurting from all your wonderful visions!! Lol.
Just take it easy and enjoy the rest of your summer days!!!

I know how you feel, it's just too much. Why do our brains think we can do 10x more than our bodies? It must be a crafter/creative person thing.
I'm trying to keep up with my tons of iris orders, thinking about the show I signed up for in Oct, and considering not going also! It really wears you down. I want to sew! I want to make dolls and quilts. I think I want time out!LOL I've started to get some bad headaches, I hope I'm not headed for the migrains. But I'm sure stress doesn't help.
Feel better, take a nap or two. :)
