On a good note, I lost 11 lbs. I have been on The 17 Day Diet. I just finished the first cycle of 17 days and that's where the weight loss occured. I'm on the next cycle, I get to add a few carbs back into my diet now...WOOHOO! I'm a carb lover. But I realized I eat wayyy too many carbs and I did just fine without them for 17 days. I have to say, I've never felt better! This is such a healthy way of eating and as much as I want to lose weight, for me it was about getting healthier. So here's to getting eating and living healthy!!
I first saw this diet plan on Dr. Phil. I NEVER watch Dr. Phil but one day in boredom, I was channel surfing and this just caught my eye. So I researched it online, decided I would give it a shot, and ordered the book and DVD from Amazon. I really need to be more diligent about using the exercise DVD, however.
