Day three.......

...of the migraines.  Again.
I'm trying to function a bit, peek into facebook, check my email and post this to my blog.  Then I think it's back to bed again for the day.

This is starting to get old.

I get 1-2 migraines/month. Maxalt has worked for me if I catch it coming on early. Other than that I am in bed for the day also. Bless your heart and heal soon. I enjoy your creations ~*~Lisa

My brother got them as a child. So sorry, I know they are so painful. They gave him a pill with caffeine in it. It would help if started at onset.

Those migraines can be doosies. I usually get them once a month and the light kills me and I have to go into a darker room.

Hope you feel better

Yikes.

The Today Show did a segment yesterday on headaches. They had some suggestions for relieving the pain.

There are several good meds available for migraines. Many years ago, I heard about Imitrex and told a friend who had suffered with migraines for probably 40-45 years. She was married to an MD and he said they weren't migraines, but agreed to let her try Imitrex. She was up and around in 20 minutes after the first dose!
